By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are approved manually after verification.

We may request business registration documents, VAT details, or identification.

We may refuse or cancel an account for any reason.
2. Orders & Payments

Minimum order amount: €500

Minimum quantity per product: 6 pieces

All orders must be paid before delivery

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (Kosovo only), Cash Advance
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without notice

Prices for Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina are EX VAT & EX customs

Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia orders include VAT and are invoiced by local MyZafera branches
4. Shipping
We ship to:
Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Free shipping above €10,000 for Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
Customs & VAT responsibilities:

MyZafera pays for Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia

Customer pays for all other countries
5. Returns
All returns are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Restrictions
Customers may not:

Misuse the MyZafera name, trademarks, or branding

Create confusion about affiliation or distribution rights
