At MyZafera LLC, we take pride in supplying 100% authentic products directly from the manufacturer. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed on www.myzafera.com.
1. Reporting Issues
All issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please email sales@myzafera.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds only for the following reasons:

If approved, customers may receive either:

3. Change of Mind Policy
We allow change-of-mind returns in these conditions:

Customer pays and forfeits transport fees both ways

A 5% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns

Original shipping cost is non-refundable
4. Return Conditions
All returned products must be:

In original packaging

In resellable condition
Products not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
5. Refunds Method
Refunds are issued via:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Clearance items or promotional bundles
7. Shipping Responsibility

For Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia: MyZafera LLC covers customs & VAT

For other countries: Customer handles customs & VAT

For change-of-mind returns: Customer covers transport in both directions
