• Other Balkan countries: 3–7 business days

• Free shipping for orders above €10,000 (Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia only)

• Standard courier rates apply for other regions

• Change-of-mind returns require customer to cover transport both ways

• Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia: MyZafera covers customs and VAT

• Other countries: Customer pays customs/VAT and any clearance fees
